Petcare Ridd 60ml is an anti-tick and flea solution for dogs and cats.

It contains Amitraz B.P. Vet. at a concentration of 12.5% w/v.

Amitraz is a formamidine acaricide that is highly effective against mange mites, ticks, and other ectoparasites.

It works by interacting with octopamine-dopamine and 5-OH-tryptamine-mediated enhancement of cyclic-AMP production in ectoparasites.

The solution is indicated for conditions like demodicosis in dogs, sarcoptic mange in animals, and ticks.

It’s also effective against humpsore, earsore, tailsore dermatitis, and mange in cattle, buffaloes, small ruminants, and wild animals.

To use the solution, you should dilute it as follows (per liter of water):

• For ticks & fleas – 2 ml
• For mange – 3-4 ml¹

Apply the solution all over the body and on the affected area liberally with a thorough scrubbing.

Allow it to dry. Do not give a bath for a week after application.
